Kameron will now compete with the other finalists for a National Merit Scholarship, or a corporate-sponsored or college-sponsored Merit Scholarship award. Winners are chosen based on their academic record, information about the school's curricula and grading system, two sets of test scores, the high school official's written recommendation, information about the student's activities and leadership, and the finalist's own essay.

The Harrison County School District is so proud of you Kameron!!!
