HCSD Receives Lighthouse Lantern Award

HCSD Receives Lighthouse Leader Lantern Award
Harrison County School District was recently honored with the prestigious Lighthouse School Leader Lantern Award.

The award, presented by the Mississippi School Boards Association, recognizes school districts that have achieved a B letter grade, with no schools rated below a C. HCSD was one of only 18 school districts in the state to qualify for this year's Lantern Award.  HCSD Superintendent, Roy Gill, and Harrison County School Board President, David Ladner, attended the awards luncheon on February 20, in Jackson.
