(HARRISON COUNTY, MS) January 23, 2023 – It was a proud moment this evening as West Harrison High students presented a framed proclamation to the Harrison County School Board. The special proclamation was given to WHHS by Rep. Jay McKnight and Rep. Richard Bennett for earning the prestigious ranking of #1 High School in the state of Mississippi. Congratulations to our Canes for receiving this outstanding state recognition!
