(March 31, 2026) – What an unforgettable celebration at Pineville Elementary today as the school custodian received another district recognition!

During a schoolwide Reading Tournament in the gym, Mrs. Kirstin Lott was completely surprised as she was honored with the “Connect. Empower. Thrive Recognition Award”, sponsored by QDOBA of Gulfport! This special award was presented by our superintendent, assistant superintendents, and district custodial supervisor, making the moment even more meaningful. Mrs. Kirstin received a certificate, a $100 Qdoba gift card, and a swag bag containing a t-shirt, a stress ball, and a drink koozie.

For the past five years, Mrs. Kirstin has served as Pineville’s dedicated custodian, going above and beyond to ensure the campus is clean, safe, and welcoming for all. Just last month, she was honored with the February District Staff of the Month award!

We are beyond grateful for the heart, strong work ethic, and positive attitude she brings to Pineville every day.
